Terms of Service

By using ContentMCP, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform. These terms govern your use of ContentMCP's integration with TikTok's developer platform, including Login Kit, Content Posting API, Local Service API, Share Kit, and Webhooks.
1. Definitions
- "ContentMCP": The TikTok management platform integrating TikTok Developer Platform APIs, developed and operated by Noi That Viva
- "User": Any person or business that creates an account and authorizes ContentMCP to access their TikTok account
- "Content": Videos, photos, captions, and product data published or managed through ContentMCP
- "TikTok Platform": ByteDance's TikTok social media platform and associated APIs (
open.tiktokapis.com,open-api.tiktokglobalshop.com)
2. TikTok Platform Products Used
ContentMCP uses the following TikTok Developer Platform products, each subject to TikTok's respective terms:

All use of these APIs is governed by the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
3. Eligibility and Access
To use ContentMCP, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Hold a valid TikTok account
- Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Authorize ContentMCP via TikTok's official OAuth flow before accessing platform features
4. Permitted Uses
Users may use ContentMCP for the following purposes:
- Publishing approved marketing videos and product photos to their TikTok profile
- Managing product listings in their TikTok Shop (create, update, publish)
- Viewing shop performance metrics, orders, and voucher status
- Monitoring video processing status and published content analytics
- Creating and managing promotional vouchers for their TikTok Shop
5. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Accessing or modifying TikTok data outside the granted scopes
- Using ContentMCP to access another user's TikTok account without authorization
- Sharing API credentials or authentication tokens with unauthorized parties
- Publishing misleading, false, or copyright-infringing content
- Circumventing the approval workflow or security controls of ContentMCP
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, or redistributing TikTok data obtained through the API
- Using ContentMCP in a way that violates TikTok's Platform Policies or applicable law
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the source code of ContentMCP
6. Content Ownership and Rights
Content published through ContentMCP remains the property of the user who created it. By using ContentMCP to publish content, you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use all videos, images, and captions you publish
- All materials comply with applicable copyright law and TikTok's Community Guidelines
- You accept responsibility for copyright clearance of any media you upload
7. Approval Workflow
ContentMCP enforces a mandatory approval workflow for safety:
- Every write action (publish video, update product, create voucher) requires explicit user confirmation
- The system shows a preview of the intended action before execution
- No content is published or data modified without an explicit confirmation step (
confirm=True) - All executed write actions are recorded in the system's change log for audit purposes
8. TikTok API Compliance
ContentMCP is committed to full compliance with TikTok's developer requirements:
- Data received from TikTok APIs is used only within the scope of its intended purpose
- Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted (Fernet AES-128) and never shared
- User data is not sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties
- The application does not store TikTok content beyond operational necessity
- Users may revoke the application's access at any time via TikTok Settings → Security → Manage app permissions
- ContentMCP will cease using data and delete stored tokens upon revocation within 30 days
9. Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Protecting their account credentials and MCP access tokens
- Immediately reporting any suspected unauthorized access to hoiai.com.vn@gmail.com
- Revoking TikTok authorization when they no longer wish to use ContentMCP
- Not leaving authenticated sessions unattended
10. Limitation of Liability
Noi That Viva is not liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by TikTok API changes, maintenance, or outages
- Content rejected or removed by TikTok per their policies
- Damages resulting from misuse of ContentMCP by users
- Changes to TikTok API capabilities that affect ContentMCP's functionality
11. Termination
Noi That Viva may suspend or terminate a user's access if they:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Cause ContentMCP's TikTok app to be suspended or penalized
- Pose a security risk to the platform or other users
Users may terminate their account at any time by revoking TikTok OAuth authorization and contacting us to request data deletion.
12. Changes to These Terms
Noi That Viva may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of ContentMCP after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
